For the past three years, I’ve worked with CSM 17/18 and as a current member of CSM 19 to strengthen ecosystems that support small to mid-scale alliances. Through close collaboration with the CSM, developers, and the community, we’ve delivered key changes: revoking Surgical Strike nerfs, improving subcap logistics, expanding Rorqual viability in null, making capitals and battleships more affordable, improving CCP’s communication, expanding low-sec focus groups, decreasing the MPI, iterating on FW mechanics, and enhancing skyhook raiding. These collective efforts contributed to a 10% year-over-year increase in destruction across New Eden.

Looking ahead, my focus is on developing low-sec and NPC-null PvE, addressing FW awoxing, implementing an LP ledger, and reducing barriers to content generation and industry. Meaningful change is built on collaboration, persistence, and empowering players. Let’s continue that mission together.
