Over the past 5.5 years I've built an inclusive community that stands up 75-100 fleets a month and have introduced thousands of pilots to content.

My focus if I make it onto CSM20 is simple: getting players to undock.

That means working with CCP to identify ways to lower the barrier to content with new players, making fleets more accessible, figuring out the tools communities need to provide content and seeing if we can get more variety of things to do.

I believe players log in to fly, not just spin ships. So we need to reduce the fear of trying new things and losing ships, boredom of doing the same things over and over, and of course reduce toxicity (though I'm super proud of the stance the Eve community took this summer!).

I've seen first hand new and veteran players alike thrive when given a chance. I want to bring this perspective to CCP and advocate for the changes that will get players back out into space.
