Nullsec is not at peace. It is a truce of mutually assured destruction.
Every alliance knows the same threat: endless frigate waves can kill a staging Keepstar. Defence does not matter, go to war and both homes die. So nobody fires and caps stay docked. Line members ask why they trained them.
K-IYNW theorised it. Atioth tested it at ten thousand in local. 4-HWWF proved it.
A Keepstar is a tank. Frigate guns are 9mm. You do not kill a tank by shooting 9mm at it for four hours.
I am running to end that truce.
Keepstars take XL damage only, dreads, supers, titans, Fortizars take L+, Astrahus takes M+ damage. Then a Keepstar fight is a capital commitment with a support fleet, not a frigate farm. Subcaps still matter. Capitals cannot sit alone. They need a screen against the counter-drop. Frigates stop being the killing weapon. They stay the fleet that keeps the capitals alive.
This gives caps a job, This makes defence real, This makes war a choice, not a suicide pact.
Vote to make the biggest structures require the biggest ships. Vote to undock the caps.
