I joined EVE in 2021 and, like many, nearly quit after my first PvP loss. A training corp reached out and gave me direction, Today I've founded a high-sec training corp of my own where I now help new players learn the ropes, alongside flying as an FC in public fleets. My vision for CSM is simple: retention is driven by people, not mechanics. CCP doesn’t need a longer tutorial, it needs to help new players find the groups that will teach and inspire them. Communities like EVE University, EVE Rookies, Spectre Fleet, Horde’s NBI, and many others keep new pilots engaged. On the CSM, I’ll push to rebalance insurance so losses don’t end careers, create fair ISK opportunities for low-SP players, add new Epic Arcs that introduce gameplay, and make training corps more visible and accessible. EVE thrives when its players stay. My goal is to ensure every new capsuleer finds their path forward.
