What do I want?
Revitalize lowsec. Many systems are empty while highsec is overcrowded with low-paying sites. Lowsec offers better rewards, but not enough to attract players. Boost lowsec profitability to encourage risk vs reward gameplay and increase activity.
Supers & Titans:
Lower prices—Supers around 40–50b, Titans 120–150b.
Nullsec Jump Bridges:
Add fatigue to prevent instant blob drops into lowsec.
Citadels:
Limit Keepstars to 1 per region to create strategic conflict.
Booshers:
Add 5s HIC effect to command destroyers to counter mass boosh tactics.
