High-Sec Independence: Limit Nullsec mega-bloc physical projection into High-Sec. High-Sec must be a distinct, protected economic engine supplying Nullsec, not a playground for Nullsec hegemony.
Meaningful Non-Military Gameplay: Create viable, rewarding career paths for newbros and casual pilots who want satisfaction through industry, logistics, and trade without being forced into Nullsec military wars.
Resource Viability & Fleet Defense: Increase High-Sec resource yields (ore/ice/moons) and provide active defensive tools against low-risk suicide ganking.
Industry QoL: Modernize tedious PI and manufacturing UI.
