Notice from Customer Support regarding reimbursment for lost ships

Dear players. Those of you who have sent us petitions to claim reimbursment for lost ships, please note the following: If we reimburse, we will remove the insurance payout received for the ship in question. This can in some cases result in a negative status of the characters wallet, wich can be inconvenient for those paying bills or using the market. To avoid this we encourage you to either wait patiently for our reply (not buying a new ship for the insurance payout), or make other arrangements to ensure that there is enough in your characters wallet to meet the insurance refund. Finally we want to assure you that your petition will be responded to as soon as possible. Thank you all for the patience.
