EVE Online: Inferno 1.1.5 will be deployed on Friday, June 29, during a regular downtime from 11:00 UTC to 11:30 UTC. Alliance Tournament X starts this weekend!

Tranquility server reboot at 18:30 UTC on June 28

The Tranquility server will be taken offline at 18:30 UTC and is scheduled to be back online again at 19:00 UTC. The reboot is necessary to deploy EVE Online: Inferno 1.1.4 which fixes an issue with unicode characters that prevents some players to experience EVE Online in the designated way. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this and work on a speedy and smooth deployment and reboot.

This patch brings minor updates to the user interface, performance improvements on session changes and other small fixes. EVE Online: Inferno 1.1.2 will be deployed on Wednesday, June 27, during a regular downtime from 11:00 UTC to 11:30 UTC. This patch brings an update to the Minmatar V3 shader and improvements to loading icons in the ship hangar view. Issues with character transfers

EVE Online: Inferno 1.1.1 to be deployed on Tuesday, June 26

EVE Online: Inferno 1.1.1 will be deployed on Tuesday, June 26, during an extended downtime from 11:00 UTC to 11:40 UTC. With this patch we deploy minor improvements to the User Interface, memory use of the Captains Quarters and fixed an graphical issue. We also have removed duplicate clothes from the NeX Store. Module to be removed during downtime today

The Reverb Advanced Target Painter was seeded to Tranquility in error during the deployment of Inferno 1.1 as a high slot target painter. This module will be converted to a regular Target Painter II and all Invention blueprints and running jobs will be converted to Target Painter II also. If a module was fitted to an active ship, the module will be removed and placed in your hangar as a Target Painter II module.

We will deploy Inferno 1.1 during an extended downtime on Monday, June 25. Downtime will begin at 11:00 UTC and is expected to be completed by 12:00 UTC. This release will bring players Minmatar V3 on all sub capital ship models,iteration to Factional Warfare and War Declarations,a new Drake model, further work on the Unified Inventory and much more.

Recent exploit discovered with Factional Warfare Loyalty Points

As you might have seen from the news today we, ‘made an adjustment to the average price of some items in order to curb a situation whereby the average price of an item could be manipulated in order to create a disparity between the value of an item in ISK and its value in Loyalty Point payouts.’ It has come to light in this thread that certain players had been manipulating price differentials to amass vast amounts of Loyalty Points.

Mass test on Thursday, June 21st

Following testing work over the past weekend for EVE Online: Inferno 1.1, we became aware of issues which would have resulted in a less than optimal game experience for our players. These issues are mostly fallout from code cleanup work we've been working on for the past weeks and caused specific models not to render.

This release was scheduled for Tuesday, June 19 but has been delayed while we fix several issues with the EVE engine.

Website downtime on Friday, June 15

We are moving our websites to more powerful hardware during downtime on Friday, June 15. Downtime will begin at 11:00 UTC and is expected to be completed by 12:00 UTC. The move will affect all of our websites, with the exception of the EVE forums. From 11:00 to 11:30 we will move the websites for the API, Login, Client, Community and Support pages.
