Record Breaking Poker Tournament Requires 1.05 Billion Isk Buy-in

Eve Online Hold'Em has partnered with Otherworld Enterprises to host a poker tournament at 21:00 on May 3rd with the potential for an incredible eleven and a half billion isk 1st prize. The “EOH Eve Series of Poker - 1.05 B Tournament” is only open to a maximum of eighteen players. Seating is on a first-come basis and at current writing, five slots are open for the first of two nine seat tables. The entry fee for the tournament is 1,050 million isk.

DED raid targets Midna concert, arrests 7

Alachene - The DED conducted a raid during a Midna concert last night, arresting seven people for suspected ties to the Blood Raider Covenant. The raid occurred midway through the sold-out concert, which was being held in a concert hall with a three-thousand person capacity. According to DED spokesperson Elincia Deschanel, the DED had been monitoring the activities of the Blood Raiders in connection with Midna for several weeks.

Industrial Accident at Sukuuvestaa Plant in Hatakani Kills 57, Injures Over 1200

Hatakani – Tragedy struck the the Sukuuvestaa station in orbit around Hatakani VII-18 today when a storage tank of industrial solvent ruptured in the middle of a shift change, killing 57 people and injuring at least 1200 people. ‘Ship Graveyard’ manager arrested under Treason law

Placid – More embarrassment was poured on the Federation Navy after it was revealed that a manager of one of the ‘Ship Graveyards’ has been arrested and charged under Treason laws.
