Revelations 1.3.1 Patch to be deployed on Wed, 31 January

There will be a small patch deployed tomorrow, 31 January, during the normal maintenance downtime. The maintenance period should not be extended to deploy the patch. The following issues will be resolved: The old machonet cache did not expire after patching the client. This has resulted in a number of errors. Changing columns in the overview settings can cause the client to crash to desktop. In-Game Browser bookmarks cannot be created. Patch Notes are now available.

Amarr overreaction ‘no surprise,’ says Matari Parliament head

Head of Republic Parliament Malaetu Shakor yesterday commented on the Amarr Empire’s reactions to Matari splinter group attacks in the Bleak Lands these past weeks, calling the Amarrians’ response a gross overreaction, but an unsurprising one. Warring houses hold peace summit in Kor-Azor Prime.

AMARR - Monday saw representatives of the Houses Darabi and Miyan meet in Kor-Azor Prime for talks to settle the recent hostilities between them. The peace talks were chaired by capsuleer Ashar KorAzor. The summit was attended by numerous pod pilots from corporations operating across Amarr space and elsewhere.

Extended Downtime for Maintenance, 1100-1500 GMT on Tues, 16 January. Sisi Stress Test Help Needed

Tranquility will undergo an extended downtime for database maintenance on Tuesday, 16 January. The extended downtime will occur from 1100 through 1500 GMT. While the extended downtime is underway, we are asking for the community's assistance. As part of the ongoing effort to improve EVE's performance, we will be holding a stress test on Singularity and would like for as many members of the EVE community as possible to log into the test server.

Bleak Lands nexus of mounting Minmatar/Amarr tensions

We're aware that there have been a couple of recent issues with the ordering system, but we're assured that it’s all been fixed. Network Infrastructure and Database Updates Complete

The network infrastructure changes have been completed and Tranquility has returned to full service. A list of yesterday's tasks included: The addition of more multihoming capability for Tranquility, Replacment of older routers, switches and load balancers with new equipment, Upgrade to Cisco Bladecenter architecture, thus providing a roughly 700 Gb backbone in the data center, Installion of a new service pack for the Tranquility database, and The addition of 6 new servers for present and future...

Extended Downtime from 1100 GMT on Thursday 4 January, to 1100 GMT on Friday 5 January

On Thursday, 4 January, Tranquility will undergo an extended 24 hour downtime for external network infrastructure changes and database server software updates. We do not expect the changes and upgrade to exceed 12 hours and hope to allow connections to Tranquility sooner; however we cannot guarantee network stability or connectivity until after the end of the scheduled downtime. Third party programs and keyloggers

Dear players. It has come to our attention that there may be cloned versions of third party programs designed to assist players with EVE, which have been modified to include a keylogger. This includes cheat programs such as macros and so called isk duplicators. Cheat programs do not work and their purpose is to get your login details.
