Inconsistencies in news piece - Hamish of Ushra'Khan straightens them out

10 Year Fugitive attacked trying to clear his name

Systems with a 0.9 Concord Security rating don’t often see skirmishes. In fact they are considered the second safest classification of space in the Universe. However earlier tonight (Wednesday) there was a well organised and well co-ordinated attack in Renyn. Yesterday was the 10 year commemoration of the death of Gregory Malubrian, a pilot who was killed, without a clone, at the Duripant gate in Renyn.

Empire set back - Ushra'Khan acquires Imperial Armageddon

The Ushra’Kahn rejoiced this week in what they see as a key victory over the CVA and other Amarr loyalists; acquisition of one of the famed Imperial Issue Armageddons. Icarus Starkiller, the Minmatar who received the ship won it in the popular BIG lottery. The fact that an Armageddon was the prize had been massively publicised and many Minmatar put in their money hoping to win it and have something to show against the Amarr Empire.

Mordus Legion meet DCM in a cloud of conspiracy theories

Pilots from all over the Caldari state were unexpectedly called to arms earlier this week by security forces from Deep Core Mining Inc. The security forces sent the many pilots they hired out to scout and secure solar systems surrounding the Paara system and more specifically the DCM station, immediately. The pilots were not made aware of what they were looking for, only to report back “suspicious pirate activity”.

State Expresses Approval of Pod Pilot Loyalists

In a statement late last afternoon, Chief Executive Panel Press Secretary Kisiras Haakenen avowed the Caldari State’s support for the “Call for Unity” initiative. The initative, an endeavour introduced by Drink Starsi™ Relations Coordinator and acting CEO Amin, calls for pod pilot corporations loyal to the Caldari State to unite under the flag of an officially CONCORD-sanctioned alliance.

ORE Convoy stranded in notorious pirate trade route.

The ORE Syndicate, the largest mining corporation in the galaxy was in trouble earlier this week, when the escort for a convoy of their industrial ships, heading out of the syndicate region failed to turn up. The Mordus legion fighters have a contractual agreement with ORE to protect their industrial convoys from attacks by serpentis and other pilots who frequent the syndicate region, according to ORE spokespeople this is the first time that they have not shown up at the appointed time.

Tranquility back up, exploit bug has been fixed

We had to take Tranquility down to address an severely exploitable situation. We found the bug causing the market exploit and were back up 80 minutes later. We are now working on reversing the damage. We apologize for the downtime and hope you understand the need for drastic measures under circumstances like this.

Recent node deaths and server trouble

We've been plagued by various causes for server outages the last weeks. Most notably of those are the node deaths, which we have been deploying server hotfixes roughly two times a week the last months to address. We have some more we're going to deploy and won't stop until node deaths are minimized. Other causes have been causing instability, most recently an traffic load balancer failed over causing all connections to disconnect this morning.

Announcement from Customer Support!

Recent server troubles and issues with agents and missions have caused quite a load on Customer Support and this has sadly increased the responsetime. At the moment we are talking about 3-4 days before players can expect a reply to their requests. Ministry of War issues apology - rogue pilots outlawed

Yesterday, a group of Amarrians, claiming to be Khanid officials, called for a task-force to gather in the Gehi system. The purpose of the taskforce was apparently to purify space, removing hostile influences in the Khanid regions. The group was led by Jeremia Hurson supposedly of the Ministry of Assessment.

Post patch Missions

Tuesday's patch introduced a bug with missions and mission sequence. When a player continued a mission sequence initiated prior to the patch, the agent mission service broke down. A hotfix was applied yesterday in an attempt to repair the problem, but there are residual effects. The agents (and the mission sequences) have self-repaired, but it is possible that some mission sequences have been reset back to start.

Lai Dai Team Takes COLOSSUS Team Victory, Individual Prizes

It was Lai Dai time on all fronts last Sunday at the COLOSSUS championships as Team Lai Dai swept the tournament’s final race, winning both the team contest as well as the individual 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Alia Ursul of Evolution came in first of all racers, making her the first known Rattlesnake owner in the pod pilot community.
