Xetic Federation Inaugurates President

The largest alliance in the galaxy, The Xetic Federation, inaugurated their first elected president on Saturday in Yulai. Hundreds of Xetic members, as well as representatives from most of the other major alliances, turned out to witness the event and participate in the festivities. The onlookers cheered as Conram of the XTrading Company, and CYVOK of Celestial Horizon were sworn in as President and Vice President respectively.

Forum Signature Rules Changes and RDF Feeds

The rules concerning forum signature sizes found on the Forum Rules page have been changed. In an effort to streamline the rules and make everyone's life easier, the forum signature rules now under the third item are as follows: Signature graphics that may only contain your character name, corporation logo, corporation or personal slogan or other text that is directly related to your in-game persona, or directly related to EVE Online.

User Name and Password Scams

There are some unscrupulous people in the world and from time to time, they post web pages or e-mails offering free ISK, ships, secret (non-existant) cheat codes, or a whole range of other "services". Some are rather blatant attempts at getting your username and password, like one that promises you 100,000,000 ISK after you enter your user name, password (twice) and character name.

There have been some cases where players fire on gang members and CONCORD comes along and kills their ships. For the record, CONCORD will, and should, respond to this sort of incident unless the players in question are in the same corporation. Curse Alliance membership drops drastically - Alliance leadership not concerned

In the days since the last article on the Curse Alliance, its member count went from roughly 2300 to around 700. Although it is impossible for us to confirm which corporations have definitively left the Curse Alliance, we received a list of those that have taken up Stain Empire’s offer from thebold. These corporations have presumably left the Curse Alliance, for various reasons.
