Recent server troubles and issues with agents and missions have caused quite a load on Customer Support and this has sadly increased the responsetime. At the moment we are talking about 3-4 days before players can expect a reply to their requests. We sincerely apologize for the delays and assure you that we are working hard on getting the situation under control and that we will reply to all mails as soon as possible.
