Support Tickets

Guidelines

  • Each player is allowed to have at most two open support tickets at a time. Please note that your open tickets can only be closed by you after 24 hours have elapsed.
  • Please do not file a support ticket to report lag. We have plenty of tools to monitor the server and are aware of when it is lagging. For further information on what we are doing to address the current lag problems, see our news page.
  • Please take all minor issues and gameplay questions to the ingame help channel, before filing a support ticket.
  • Please do not file multiple support tickets about the same subject. This will only increase the support ticket load and doing so repeatedly may result in actions being taken against your account.
  • Please do not file support tickets to ask if your support ticket will be answered soon.
